Position Overview:
We are seeking a Business Development Manager (Closer) / Business Development Executive with a minimum of 5 years/2 years of experience in cold calling and proven expertise in closing high-value deals. This is not just another sales job this is for individuals who can lead with confidence, understand the intricacies of Marketing Strategy, Marketing Plans, and Marketing Funnels, and drive meaningful conversations on Social Media and Digital Marketing. You will play a pivotal role in securing business and leading our growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Close high-value sales deals through compelling pitches and robust negotiation strategies.
Lead outbound and inbound sales processes targeting US clients.
Discuss and present the value of Marketing across Social Media, Digital Marketing, and Marketing Funnels to potential clients.
Build and sustain relationships with key decision-makers, authors, and industry professionals.
Develop and execute customized closing strategies tailored to each clients needs.
Achieve and surpass sales targets, directly impacting company growth and success.
Stay updated on the latest marketing trends to provide innovative solutions during client interactions.
Requirements:
Fluent in English (must).
Minimum of 6 months experience in cold calls ( US dial in )
Salary Range: 18,000 to 28000 (based on experience and interview performance)
Strong knowledge or hands-on experience in Marketing Strategy, Marketing Plans, and Marketing Funnels.
Ability to effectively communicate the importance of Social Media and Digital Marketing.
Must have a reliable internet connection.( Laptop/ Desktop )
Own laptop and peripherals (headphones, mouse, etc.). Equipment can be provided with a refundable 5-day salary deposit.
Self-driven with exceptional negotiation skills and a hunger for success.
Track record of closing high-value deals in a fast-paced environment.

Training: One-week training period with 50% of the salary provided during training.
