Job Description
- Product & Technology business function is responsible for ensuring that Basware continues to provide its customers with industry-leading SaaS solutions to simplify operations and spend smarter. This global function creates and executes the product strategy, new product innovations, roadmap, design, product development and product launches for Baswares global product portfolio. Together with other Basware units, Product & Technology ensures that our customers can successfully meet their business objectives through cooperating with Basware and using our product and service portfolio. We are looking for a Team Leader to lead our Data Validation team in Cloud Operations in Chandigarh, India Your areas of responsibilities will include: You will help build and develop a high-performing team working towards creating exceptional customer experiences As a line manager, you will be responsible for activities related to the employee life cycle, including, recruitment, goal setting, performance and development discussions, retention, and exit. You will actively support your team member's personal development and well-being by recognizing and celebrating success and managing undesirable behaviour when it occurs Your role will be to guide the daily work of the team members, plan and assign activities, monitor their progress, and take appropriate actions as well as report regularly on the teams performance. You will also be responsible for ensuring that everything we do is done with customer satisfaction in mind keeping the focus on high quality. You will coordinate the work and priorities in close collaboration with our global units. You will be part of driving and implementing initiatives for continuous improvement and developing your own team members. Skills & Requirements: To thrive and succeed in this role, we expect you to have the following skills and experience: Education: At least a bachelors degree in computer science, IT, or MCA. Self-motivated team player with an ability to motivate people to unlock their talent. Strong planning, organizational, and communication skills. Outstanding relationship-building skills. Committed to meeting objectives, results-driven. Fluent written and spoken communication skills in English. 4+ years of experience as a team leader or supervisor and/or experience in validation services are seen as a benefit. Knowledge of Six Sigma/PMP concepts would be a plus.,
