    About the Club Minerva Academy Football Club, primarily based out of Chandigarh has a rich history in Indian Football having won multiple AIFF Youth Leagues and won the erstwhile top tier, I-League. Minerva Academy Football Bengaluru is the sister club to the main branch in Chandigarh. It caters to both residential and non-residential players. The club secured the runners up trophy in the KSFA U21 League in their first year of establishing a centre in Bengaluru Job Summary The Senior Business Development and Operations Executive will be responsible for identifying, developing, and securing new commercial opportunities to drive revenue growth for the club. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in sales, partnership development, and relationship management. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the sports industry, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to build long-term partnerships with brands, sponsors, and other stakeholders. The candidate must also provide support and oversee the Operations Executive. Note: The candidate will also also be required to sessions and will be assigned work in such a way that administrative responsibilities dont clash with the coaching responsibilities. Key Responsibilities The Business Development and Senior Operations Executive will report directly to the Business Development and Marketing Head Responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, leading sponsorship negotiations, managing agreements, and building key relationships with sponsors, partners, investors, and academy affiliates. Conduct market research to identify key Develop strategies to diversify revenue streams, including merchandising, licensing, event management, and academy initiatives, aligned with the clubs financial objectives. Monitor industry trends and advise on growth opportunities, particularly in sports, entertainment, and youth development, with a focus on maximizing profitability within the academy. Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and promote academy programs, ensuring alignment with the club's overall goals. Manage digital marketing efforts, ensuring compliance, especially for academy related content. Provide support to the Operations Executive in overseeing daily operational activities like converting enquires, matchday operations and facility management Focus on meeting revenue targets for the academy, developing new revenue streams, and maximizing profitability through strategic initiatives and operations. Lead efforts to attract new talent to the academy, driving enrollment and participation in academy programs to support growth and revenue generation. Suggest and enhance existing operational procedures to improve efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness. Regularly assess and improve academy performance, implementing necessary changes to enhance efficiency and achieve operational excellence. Provide daily reports on business development, academy performance, and operational activities, highlighting any issues requiring attention from the Director(s) of MAFC.
