Role Growth Manager / Business development Job Responsibilities Build and maintain relationships, generate leads, conversions. Meeting the potential & existing Client to offer our services Joint Offerings/Co-Branding activities. Maintaining MIS of Proposal/Collections / Price Negotiations. Handling the enquiries and clients clarification Should take up financial targets for the BD of the allocated Region Identify new opportunities in various markets and accelerate customer acquisition Brand building on Social Media, seminars, networking avenues and all counters. Collaborate with other team leaders and support strategic business needs and initiatives of the organization Should have experience in selling Safety consulting services, preferably from a Safety consulting company. However, will be responsible for business development of all verticals (Environment, Process Safety, Construction Safety, Electrical Safety, and Logistics/Road Safety) The position reports to the Chief Marketing officer of Chola MS Risk Services Self starter, having good contacts in the geography Qualification Minimum of 4+ years of experience in selling.
