Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Manager Sales / Sales Manager at Radisson Blu Bengaluru Outer Ring Road, located in Bengaluru. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing sales operations, building and maintaining client relationships, conducting market research, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include coordinating with marketing teams, preparing sales reports, attending meetings, and ensuring client satisfaction. Qualifications Experience with sales strategies and market research Proficiency in managing sales operations and preparing sales reports Strong client relationship-building skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and manage a sales team Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field Previous experience in a 5-star hotel is mandatory,
