This role is crucial to our expansion plans, and we are looking for a leader who can drive business growth in Pune. Key Responsibilities Develop and Execute Sales Strategies : Formulate and implement effective sales strategies for acquiring new clients in the designated city. Identify and pursue business opportunities to achieve and exceed sales targets. Leadership And Team Management Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team. Provide guidance, support, and training to ensure the team is equipped to meet and exceed sales goals. Client Relationship Management Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients in the city. Understand client needs and provide customized solutions to enhance client satisfaction and retention. Cross-functional Collaboration Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and customer service, to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction. Market Analysis And Reporting Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential challenges. Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities. Requirements Proven experience in B2B sales, with a track record of successfully acquiring new clients. 8+ years of strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a sales team. Proven track record of launching & establishing cities and making them profitable. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Results-driven mindset with a strong business acumen. Entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for driving business growth.
