About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Leadership role to head GTM Product, India & Philippines. In this role, you will: Set up, manage and develop teams of managers and individual contributors for leading product strategy In partnership with US teams, develop and execute a product roadmap aligned with business objectives. Consult, develop, market, and manage performance analysis for products that have high impact on companywide growth opportunities and success Identify and recommend opportunities for new products, existing product enhancements and business requirements Determine appropriate strategy and actions of product development team to meet moderate to high-risk deliverables such as Platform Modernization initiatives and regulatory mandates. Interpret and develop pricing policies and distribution strategies, which may include global considerations Analyze customer behavior, preferences and feedback to ensure customer needs are met in a seamless manner Collaborate and consult with US Product managers, Sales, Operations, Compliance and technology to execute the Product Operating Model. Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Product Management & Development Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy Required Qualifications: 10+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education 5+ years of Management experience Proven track record of developing and managing GTM products. Desired Qualifications: Master's degree in business, Finance, Marketing or a related field. (MBA preferred) Strong technology background will be an added advantage.
