Job Description
- Responsibilities Provide leadership in defining the automation methodologies, strategies, standards, tools, best practices for automation processes. Define performance monitoring strategy and enforcing best practices End to end responsibility for complete product quality. Define and validate security testing strategy and enforcing best practices Performs routine performance, regression and chaos testing tasks Define architecture, design, and implementation of the QA Automation and Performance testing Framework Create, advocate and coach test automation best practices to team members Analyze existing systems which may lack formal technical requirements, develop full test strategies Design, automate, and execute tests Report and drive increased test automation coverage in all areas Design, develop and code review automation tests and automation scripts Integrate several test platforms and languages Set goals with the team, prioritize tasks, and own deliverables Communicate and coordinate with Development team, Business Analysts , Project Managers, and external stakeholders Integrate QA Automation in CI/CD process Validated experience in defining the automation methodologies, strategies, standards, tools, best practices for automation processes. Validated experience in defining architecture, design, and implementation of the QA Automation and Performance testing Framework Validated experience in developing full test strategies for existing systems Build a QA practice from the ground up Requirements / Specifications QA Management Skills : Test Strategy, Test Plan, Regression, UAT Test Plans, Test Cases, Traceability Matrix, Test Coverage, defect summary report and project status reports. Software Development Methodologies : Waterfall, Verification and Validation and Agile (Scrum). Software Life Cycles : Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Software Test Life Cycle (STLC), Defect Life Cycle, Strategy Management, Change Management, Risk Mitigation, Software Development Management. Project Management : (Waterfall, Agile, Lean, Scrum), PMP/PMI, SDLC, Solution Architecture, Technology Assessment, User Interface Design, Business Intelligence. API Testing Tools : SOAP UI, RAPID API, Post Man and Rest Assured. Defect Tracking Tools : JIRA, TFS, QC, Buganizer, GUTS, HP ALM, Bugzilla, and Zephyr. Data Skills : MS Excel proficiency in Pivot Table, Functions, VLOOKUP, Hadoop HUE Hive (ref:hirist.tech),
