Job Title : Oracle EBS Project Manager Experience : 8-10 Years Location : Hyderabad Shift Timing : 05:00 PM to 02:00 AM IST Job Description Lead and manage Oracle EBS implementation and support projects. Ensure seamless integration and implementation of Oracle EBS modules, including Finance, SCM, and Project Accounting. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Drive project execution, ensuring timely completion within budget and quality standards. Manage a cross-functional team, providing technical and functional guidance. Oversee system enhancements, upgrades, and troubleshooting of Oracle EBS applications. Ensure adherence to best practices in Oracle EBS configurations, customizations, and workflows. Communicate project status, risks, and mitigation plans to stakeholders. Key Result Areas (KRA) Successful execution of Oracle EBS implementation and support projects. Efficient management of project timelines, budgets, and resources. Effective coordination with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. High-quality system performance and adherence to best practices. Resolution of project risks and technical challenges. Delivery of business value through Oracle EBS optimizations. Required Skillset Strong experience in Oracle EBS implementation and support. Expertise in Finance, SCM, and Project Accounting modules. Proficiency in SQL, PLSQL, Forms, Reports, Workflow, and OAF. Experience in managing teams of 10-20 members (ref:hirist.tech),
