Job Role Description We are looking for a full-time, on-site Scrum/ Project Manager to join our team at Blacklisted Agency located in Mohali. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the effective implementation and execution of Agile/Scrum processes with a focus on project deliverability, quality assurance, and timelines/deadlines management. Responsibilities Develop project plans, timelines, assign resources, and monitor progress to ensure successful project completion. Ensure high-quality delivery of services to clients, meeting their expectations and requirements. Keep a check on deadlines and deliverables. Coordinating along with cross-functional teams to get the work done. Develop and maintain effective communication channels with clients, including regular project status updates and progress reports. Identifying issues and risks and addressing them promptly to minimize their impact on project delivery and quality. Requirements Relevant experience or knowledge related to marketing and project coordination. Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certifications will be a plus. Strong grasp of project deliverability, quality assurance practices, and timelines/deadlines management. Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, particularly in the context of project challenges and timelines.
