The Opportunity As CTO, you'll spearhead our technical vision and drive the evolution of our AI-powered security platform. This is a rare opportunity to: Architect groundbreaking solutions at the intersection of AI and cybersecurity Lead a world-class engineering team in a hypergrowth environment Shape the future of human-centric security on a global scale What You'll Own Technical Vision & Strategy: Define and execute our technical roadmap AI Innovation: Pioneer novel applications of machine learning in cybersecurity Architecture Leadership: Design scalable, enterprise-grade security systems Team Building: Attract and develop top-tier technical talent Technology Evangelism: Represent our technical vision to customers, partners, and the broader security community Required Expertise 15+ years of progressive experience in cybersecurity, with 5+ years in senior technical leadership Deep expertise in multiple core security domains: Security Service Posture Management (SSPM) Data Loss Prevention (DLP) Digital Security Posture Management (DSPM) Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) User and Entity Behavior Analytics (UEBA) Proven track record architecting and scaling AI/ML systems in production Strong background in human behavior analysis and its application to security History of significant value creation in startup environments Technical Proficiency Advanced knowledge of cloud-native architectures and security principles Expertise in AI/ML frameworks and their security applications Deep understanding of browser security mechanisms Proficiency in modern software development practices and DevSecOps Leadership Qualities Visionary mindset with ability to see beyond current technology limitations Excellence in translating complex technical concepts for various audiences Track record of building and mentoring high-performing technical teams Proven ability to execute strategically in fast-paced, ambiguous environments What We Offer Significant equity in a well-funded, rapidly growing startup Opportunity to work with industry-defining customers and partners Executive platform to shape the cybersecurity industry Top-tier benefits package including comprehensive healthcare Relocation assistance to our headquarters Impact As CTO, you'll be at the forefront of solving one of cybersecurity's most challenging problems: human-centric security.
