Our goal is to create a seamless, high-performance trading experience with cutting-edge technology and user-first innovation. We are looking for a Co-founder & CTO to lead the tech vision, build a world-class trading infrastructure, and shape the future of investing in India. If you have deep expertise in fintech, trading platforms, and scalable system design, lets talk. Your Role Architect, develop, and scale a robust, low-latency trading platform. Build and lead the engineering team, from early hires to a strong dev culture. Ensure regulatory compliance (SEBI, NSE/BSE) and top-tier security standards. Develop APIs, order management systems (OMS), risk management systems (RMS), and algo trading capabilities. Optimize infrastructure for real-time data processing and high-frequency transactions. Innovate on brokerage, algo trading, and retail investing solutions. What Were Looking For 8-15 years of experience in fintech, stock trading platforms, or algo trading systems. Proven expertise in scalable architecture, cloud (AWS/GCP), and security. Hands-on experience with trading APIs, FIX protocol, WebSockets, and low-latency systems. Strong understanding of equity, derivatives, forex, and commodities trading. Prior work with SEBI-compliant brokerage tech, OMS/RMS, and market connectivity. Experience scaling teams and building tech-driven financial products. Founder mindset problem-solving, ownership, and willingness to build from scratch.
