Roles & Responsibilities - Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for executives or senior management. Coordinate schedules, ensuring no conflicts and that executives are prepared for meetings. Draft, proofread, and send official communications, including minutes of meeting, letters, and reports. Prepare presentations, reports, and other materials for meetings. Organize and attend meetings, taking minutes, and following up on action items. Prepare agendas and necessary documentation for meetings and ensure timely distribution. Arrange travel logistics (flights, accommodation, and transportation) for executives. Prepare itineraries and ensure that executives have all necessary information for their trips. Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information. Serve as a trusted liaison between executives and internal or external stakeholders. Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and contractors as needed. Manage databases, spreadsheets, and other reporting tools. Input data accurately, ensuring consistency and compliance with company standards. Plan and execute company events, conferences, or team-building activities. Ensure all logistical aspects (venue, catering, invitations, etc.) are handled. Act as a liaison between various departments, ensuring smooth communication and efficient flow of information. Help in disseminating company announcements, policies, or updates to the team. Assist in doing personal task of the Executives. Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar role. Strong administrative skills, with experience in office management and support functions. Excellent communication (both verbal and written) and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Educational Requirements: A Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred). Additional certifications in office management or executive assistance are a plus.,
