- Job Role: Program Manager ( Generative AI) Job Location: Pune Job Summary : The Program Manager will lead a team of data scientists, AI engineers, and cloud experts to create and deliver Generative AI models and platforms tailored for diverse use cases. The role involves client engagement, project management, and scaling Generative AI capabilities across domains Key Responsibilities: Program Leadership: Drive the end-to-end lifecycle of Generative AI projects, from ideation to deployment and scaling. Define and implement strategic roadmaps for Generative AI solutions aligned with business goals. AI Solution Development : Oversee the development of Generative AI models using advanced techniques in NLP, computer vision, and multimodal AI. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design solutions leveraging cutting-edge Generative AI frameworks. Client and Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with clients to understand business needs and align Generative AI solutions. Communicate project progress, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders effectively. Cloud and Infrastructure Oversight Design and implement scalable cloud-based AI architectures (AWS, Azure). Ensure AI models are securely deployed, monitored, and optimized. Team and Resource Management Build and mentor a high-performing team of AI and data science professionals. Oversee resource allocation, timelines, and budgets to ensure seamless delivery. Innovation and Thought Leadership Stay abreast of the latest developments in Generative AI, LLMs, and AI ethics. Advocate for the adoption of emerging AI technologies and best practices. Operational Excellence Define KPIs to measure project success and team productivity. Establish robust workflows for model development, testing, and deployment Key Competencies and Skills Expertise in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and AI/ML frameworks (e.g., GPT, BERT, DALL-E). Strong cloud computing knowledge (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hands-on experience with services like Lambda, IoT Hub, and AI APIs. Proficiency in AI/ML development using Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar. Demonstrated ability to manage large, multi-disciplinary AI programs. Strong understanding of data security, ethical AI principles, and compliance standards. Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Experience in implementing AI-driven automation and optimizing workflows. Familiarity with Generative AI use cases across industries like Pharma, Chemicals, and Oil & Gas. Ability to translate complex technical ideas into actionable business solutions Education/Skills/Experience: Master/Bachelors Engineering degree in /Electronics/IT/Chemical/Mechanical with a minimum of 5-8 years of relevant work experience If interested share your CV at hidden_email,
