Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven and creative Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online marketing strategies. This individual will be responsible for developing, implementing, tracking, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across all online channels to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads or sales.
(E-commerce market place Flipkart/ amazon experience is must.)
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategy Development
Develop, execute, and optimize comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with business goals.
Identify target audiences and create campaigns to reach them effectively.
2. Campaign Management
Plan and oversee digital advertising campaigns, including search (PPC), display, social media, and email marketing.
Manage content creation and optimization for websites, blogs, and landing pages.
Utilize tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager to drive results.
3. SEO & Website Management
Oversee website performance, usability, and content updates.
Optimize website and content for search engines (SEO) to improve organic traffic.
4. Analytics & Reporting
Monitor and measure campaign performance using analytics tools like Google Analytics.
Create detailed reports and dashboards to communicate campaign results and ROI.
Use insights to make data-driven decisions and refine strategies.
5. Social Media Management
Oversee the companys presence on social media platforms.
Create and manage engaging content that drives audience interaction and engagement.
6. Collaboration
Work closely with the sales, design, and content teams to ensure campaigns are cohesive and effective.
Coordinate with external agencies or freelancers as needed.
7. Budget Management
Allocate and manage the digital marketing budget effectively.
Ensure spending is optimized to achieve maximum ROI.
8. Trend Analysis
Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, advertising, and technology.
Experiment with emerging tools and platforms to keep campaigns innovative.

Qualifications
Required:
Bachelors degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or in a similar role.
Proficiency in tools such as Google Ads, SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs), social media platforms, and analytics software.
Strong knowledge of SEO/SEM, email marketing, and website analytics.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative thinking with the ability to multitask and prioritize projects effectively.
Analytical mindset with an ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Preferred Skills:
Certification in Google Ads, HubSpot, or other relevant platforms.
Experience with marketing automation platforms like HubSpot, Marketo, or Mailchimp.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and WordPress is a plus.
