Business Analyst: Loan IQ Location: Pune/Bangalore Experience: 6+ Years Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with Loan IQ expertise to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in commercial lending, financing accounting, and front-office trading transformation. You will also be responsible for supporting the change management process, test management, and planning activities. Key Responsibilities: Provide expertise as a business/system analyst in commercial lending and financing accounting. Support front-office trading transformation projects. Lead the regular change management process. Elicit business requirements from various stakeholders (Accounting, Operations, Risk, Treasury, etc.). Gather, model, and document clear business and functional requirements. Configure Loan IQ to meet business requirements. Define and implement accounting mapping for commercial lending activities. Write functional specifications and collaborate with the development team to implement required enhancements. Create test plans and scripts for system validation. Manage scope and requirements throughout the project lifecycle. Provide training and support to end-users. Work on data migration and integration projects. Streamline complex workflows into standardized processes. Ensure smooth collaboration between business and IT teams. Must-Have Requirements: Operational Knowledge of Loan IQ Experience in complex lending businesses, ideally with exposure to project/export finance structures Strong analytical skills with the ability to merge multiple workflows into one standard process Proven ability to deliver high-quality specifications for both business and IT teams Prior experience in IT development environments specializing in Loan IQ Hands-on experience with Loan IQ configuration and business requirement documentation Experience with test management, planning, and execution Ability to assess project impacts and present findings to stakeholders Good-to-Have Requirements: Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across teams Experience working with diverse business units and IT professionals Efficient time management and ability to handle a dynamic workload Proactive leadership skills with a results-driven approach Experience in SDLC processes and Agile methodologies,
