    AreaLeadership Develop and implement area strategies to drive digital adoption in alignment with nationalgoals. Set performance targets for the area and ensure alignment with the banks digital business. objectives. Lead, mentor, and support area Team Leaders and Digital BankingChampions. Program Implementation Oversee the execution of digital adoption programs and campaigns within thearea. Ensure effective resource deployment to maximize customer onboarding and digital product usage. Monitor and assess program performance, making necessary adjustments for improvement. Team Management Manage an area team, including Team Leaders and Digital BankingChampions. Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within theteam. Provide ongoing training, support, and development opportunities to enhance team skills and capabilities. Stakeholder Collaboration Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of digital adoption strategies. Maintain strong relationships with local bank branches, area offices, and the national headquarters of IndianBank Represent the area in meetings and conferences, providing updates and insights on area performance. Performance Tracking Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to digital adoption in thearea. Analyze data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and successstories. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internalpolicies. Customer Focus Advocate for a customer centric approach in all area digital adoption activities. Address customer feedback and issues promptly to enhance service quality. Implement innovative solutions to improve the customer experience with digitalproducts. Innovation and Improvement Identify and implement new technologies and processes to enhance digital adoption in thearea. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to keep the areacompetitive. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency andeffectiveness. Financial Oversight Assist in preparing and managing the area budget for digital adoption services. Monitor expenditures to ensure alignment with financial goals andconstraints. Identify cost saving opportunities without compromising service quality. Risk Management Identify potential risks related to digital adoption and develop mitigation strategies.,
