Job Description
- Handle inbound and outbound calls/emails/chats from customers regarding travel-related queries.
- Assist customers with booking, cancellation, and modification of travel plans, including flights, hotels, and car rentals.
- Provide guidance on travel packages, destinations, and recommendations based on customer needs.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and promptly.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor with customers at all times.
- Ensure all customer interactions are documented accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth and accurate travel arrangements.
- Stay up-to-date with new travel industry trends, processes, and technologies.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, policies, and procedures in every customer interaction.
- High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree is a plus).
- Previous experience in a BPO environment, preferably in the travel industry, is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
- Knowledge of booking systems (e.g., Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre) is highly preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude.
- Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work in shifts (including weekends and holidays).
