Job Description: We are seeking highly motivated and talented legal interns and associates to join our team immediately. This is an excellent opportunity for law graduates, including freshers, who are eager to gain hands-on experience and grow their careers in a supportive and challenging environment. Please note that this is an in-office position only and there is no option for work from home. Candidates must reside in or near Chandigarh. Responsibilities: Legal Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough research on various legal topics, including but not limited to corporate law, IPR, and NCLT matters. Drafting and Reviewing Documents: Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents, contracts, agreements, and pleadings. Client Interaction: Participate in client meetings and consultations to understand their legal needs and provide assistance under the supervision of senior attorneys. Case Preparation: Support senior attorneys in the preparation of cases for court proceedings, including gathering and organizing evidence, preparing briefs, and conducting witness interviews. File Management: Maintain and organize case files, ensuring all documents are up-to-date and easily accessible. Legal Updates: Stay updated on current legal developments, industry trends, and changes in legislation relevant to our practice areas. Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative tasks as needed, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating with court personnel. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university. Strong academic record and keen interest in legal practice. Excellent research, writing, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Residing in or willing to relocate to Chandigarh or nearby areas. Only candidates near Chandigarh should apply. Preferred Qualifications: Prior internship experience in a law firm or legal department. Knowledge of corporate law, intellectual property, or real estate law.
