-HIRING FOR A BIG4- Experience Required: 5+Years Notice Period required: 0-30Days Job Description for Business Analyst: We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst Commercial Real Estate (CRE) in Banking to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in analyzing commercial real estate lending, financial modeling, risk assessment, and regulatory compliance within the banking sector. The role involves working closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, optimize processes, and provide insights that drive strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities: 1. Requirement Gathering & Analysis: Work with business stakeholders to understand and document business needs related to CRE lending, underwriting, risk management, and loan servicing. Analyze and interpret complex real estate financial statements, market data, and regulatory requirements. Develop and refine business requirements for CRE banking systems and workflows. 2. Understand Financial & Market Analysis: Understanding of financial modeling and risk assessment for commercial real estate transactions, market trends, economic conditions, and property valuations to support decision-making. 3. Process Optimization & System Implementation: Identify inefficiencies in CRE lending processes and propose improvements. Support the implementation of CRE banking technology solutions, including loan origination and risk management systems. Work with IT and Business teams to ensure seamless integration of new systems and process enhancements. 4. Stakeholder Collaboration & Reporting: Act as a bridge between business, technology, risk, and compliance teams. Qualifications & Skills: Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, Business Administration, Real Estate, Economics, or related field. MBA or CFA is a plus. Experience: 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in commercial real estate banking, lending Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.,
