DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead both organic marketing initiatives and paid advertising campaigns for our promotional product marketing / e-com business in the US. Working in association with the US as well as the Indian team, you hold significant responsibility for managing high-budget campaigns and delivering measurable results. Key Responsibilities: Paid Marketing Management: Strategize, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google, Bing, and other platforms, including shopping, search, and remarketing ads. Plan and manage retargeting campaigns using social, content networks, Pixels, and email lists. Conduct in-depth keyword research (positive and negative) and implement optimized bidding strategies across parameters such as devices, locations, and demographics. Maintain control on paid search budgets to maximize ROI while ensuring cost efficiency. Perform daily account management, including: Identifying and pausing underperforming keywords. Ensuring adherence to ad spend budgets. Maintaining and improving Quality Scores, impression share, and other performance metrics. Generate comprehensive reports, analyzing campaign performance trends, identifying opportunities, and presenting actionable insights. Stay updated on the latest PPC industry trends to implement cutting-edge strategies. Organic Marketing Management: Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic to the website. Conduct keyword research for on-page and off-page optimization, ensuring consistent use across all content channels. Lead content marketing efforts by collaborating with internal teams to create high-quality blogs, articles, and website updates. Manage and grow the companys social media presence through creative and engaging campaigns, driving organic engagement and audience growth. Monitor organic performance metrics, including website traffic, rankings, and social media engagement, and continuously optimize strategies. Stay informed about evolving SEO, social media algorithms, and content marketing best practices to maintain a competitive edge. Desired Experience & Skills 5+ years of relevant experience in managing both paid advertising (PPC, retargeting) and organic marketing (SEO, content, and social media). Strong expertise in eCommerce marketing and budget management for large-scale campaigns. Proficient in tools like Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and other digital marketing platforms. Advanced knowledge of SEO principles and practices, with experience in improving SERP rankings and growing organic traffic. Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. Proven creativity in devising engaging campaigns and targeting the right audience for maximum impact. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present reports and strategies to stakeholders. Detail-oriented and organized, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask effectively. Innovative thinker who stays on top of digital marketing trends and brings fresh ideas to the table.
