This role involves promoting and selling IT software products to both existing and new clients, building strong customer relationships, and driving revenue growth. Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities for IT software products. Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline to achieve and exceed sales targets. Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Understand client needs and recommend appropriate IT software solutions. Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Product Knowledge & Expertise: Stay updated on the latest IT software products, trends, and technologies. Act as a subject matter expert for IT software solutions, providing technical and commercial insights to clients. Collaborate with the technical team to ensure seamless implementation and delivery of software solutions. Sales Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review. Collaboration & Coordination: Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns. Coordinate with the operations and support teams to ensure timely delivery of software solutions. Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking activities to promote the companys offerings. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field. Relevant Experience: Minimum 5 years in IT software sales. Strong understanding of software products, SaaS, and enterprise solutions. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Skills and Competencies: Strong technical acumen with the ability to quickly learn and understand new software products. Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written. Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner. Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
