Job Title: Head Quality Assurance Required Qualifications and experience :- 20+ years of work experience in Quality function with min 5 years in leadership. Business acumen and knowledge of pharma Industry is desirable Knowledge of manufacturing process Experience in Pharma processes, Quality standards and international/ Indian regulations Educational Qualification desired: - BE / B.Tech / M.Tech This role will be responsible for Quality Assurance and improvements at all stages of Projects, Products, Processes and Delivery. Key Deliverables :- To drive Quality assurance strategy across Material, Manufacturing Process, Engineering and automation outputs and manufacturing processes through Standard Operating Procedures and First Time Right Principle. To Implement a change management system for all the design, material and process changes agreed at the leadership/CFT level. To facilitate impact assessment and change management of all the corrective and preventive actions, PCRNs and ECRs carried out for the projects. To design and implement SoPs/ Systems to ensure, product, procedures, equipment, facilities, and personnel are qualified to drive desired results consistently. To benchmark world class Pharma industry Quality standards and practices at all stages of the projects Drive Quality standards and SoPs at all stages of manufacturing. To lead inspection and closure of all IFAT and CFAT Points in collaboration with other departments.
