You will handle setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance of hardware and software to ensure seamless day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities: Provide technical support for both hardware and software issues that users encounter. Manage the installation and configuration of computer systems and networks. Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults. Support the roll-out of new applications and manage security options and software in computers and networks to maintain privacy and protection from attacks. Set up accounts for new users and assist with password or login problems. Prioritize and manage multiple open cases at one time. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant field. Proven experience as an IT Support Specialist or similar technical role. Experience in troubleshooting and responding to customer needs and problems. Strong understanding of computer systems (hardware/software), networks etc. 2+ years of experience in IT support, preferably in media, entertainment, or similar industries Experience with databases, networks (especially IP), patch management, and various tech support concepts.
