- Job Description We're on the hunt for a top-notch Lead Salesforce Apex and LWC Developer to spearhead our Salesforce application development and customization efforts. This seasoned professional will be responsible for steering our Salesforce projects to success, leveraging their extensive experience and technical prowess. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of knowledge in Salesforce development, demonstrating a track record of creating innovative solutions and optimizing existing systems. They'll be expected to lead our development team, ensuring best practices are followed and cutting-edge technologies are utilized. We're looking for someone who can: Architect complex Salesforce solutions Guide and mentor junior developers Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications Implement robust, scalable, and efficient Salesforce applications Stay ahead of the curve with emerging Salesforce technologies and trends If you're a Salesforce Apex guru with strong leadership skills and a passion for pushing the boundaries of what's possible within the Salesforce ecosystem, we want to hear from you. While you will be leading a team of developers, this is a hands on role and not a project management role. You will be working with the CTO to create some of the most advance Salesforce solutions in Apex (Datacloud, Agentforce etc) Requirements Technical Skills 5-8 years of experience with Apex development 3-5 years of experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) Solid understanding of Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) practices Proficiency in Test-Driven Development (TDD) methodologies Leadership & Communication Ability to lead, mentor, and manage a team of 8-10 developers Strong communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and team members Experience in project planning and task delegation Design & Documentation Expertise in designing scalable and maintainable Salesforce solutions Proficiency in creating comprehensive technical documentation Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, user-friendly documentation Additional Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I & II preferred) Experience with Agile development methodologies,
