- Filtering Criteria APPLICABLE FOR ALL Industry: BFS Must have Locations: Pune / Chennai / Bangalore / Gurgaon Designation Fitment Consultant/ Senior Consultant Agile Experience Must have Previous Exposure to Banking /Technology/ Software Industry Must have Having MBA degree is a plus Good to have Certifications SAFe Good to have Working closely with development teams Must have Ability to manage a POD and deliver Must have Keywords Requirements Management, Stakeholder Relationship. Product Backlog, Prioritizing, Refinement, Product Development, Product Management, Product Owner, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, Feature, Demo, Delivery Management, SQL, API, Cloud, QA Support, UAT support, Data Analysis, Business Analysis, System Analysis, Process Mapping, Process Flow SECTION A: Generic BA/PO/PM Roles & Responsibilities (MUST HAVE) Consult with client stakeholders to understand business drivers and translate them into functional and non-functional requirements You will work with / as Product Managers to evaluate the Product Roadmap to identify features for development and identify "definition of done" for each feature Lead robust, fast (through) inceptions (identify scope, value, solution) and Own prioritized actionable backlogs Manage scope and drive trade-off decisions in conjunction with internal/external stakeholders while balancing business requirements with technical requirements Elicit, capture, analyze and document business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria and other technical documentation Work with the development team & provide walkthrough, resolve queries & communicate details in a timely manner Attend standups, requirement grooming meetings, estimation meetings, retrospectives and other key meetings for the scrum team Identify blockers that will impact timeline, scope, cost or other product variables and escalate to the appropriate stakeholders Build and maintain strong collaborative relationship with business and technology teams Knowledge of Agile tools like confluence, JIRA and agile methodology Proven ability to convert business understanding into process flows / user journeys / use case diagrams/ screen mockup with appropriate tools Experience in leading stakeholder and team meetings with excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), negotiating and persuasive ability to arrive at agreeable approaches Willingness to keep learning & upskilling oneself with a flexible mindset to work in various sub-domains and perform variety of roles as per project requirement Experience and comfort for working with technology teams and understanding below tech stack Cloud, Data Analysis/mapping/modelling/reporting, SQL/PLSQL, APIs, Microservices, AI & ML SECTION B: Domain Knowledge: (MUST HAVE at least 2 from below bullet points) Experience in Banking in following areas: Customer Acquisition & Onboarding, AML, KYC, CDD, Fraud Prevention, Disputes Management Section C: NICE TO HAVE Other Skillsets/Experience Customer Relationship Management: (NICE TO HAVE) Build and maintain trusted relationships with client stakeholder(s) Be seen as a go to resource that client wants to bring back for future engagements Knowledge Management: (NICE TO HAVE) Assist in creating client and/ or practice related materials (deliverables, solutions, industry best practices, standards and other knowledge artifacts) to Cognizants knowledge management repository Thought Leadership:(NICE TO HAVE) Independently research industry trends and support to shape innovative ideas and opinions for practice thought leaders Actively contribute to research, development and authoring of consulting mindshare i.e. articles, whitepapers, and other collaterals via traditional and social media channels Business Development:(NICE TO HAVE) Support RFI/RFP responses and other business development opportunities as needed Practice Development: (NICE TO HAVE) Draw conclusions from market/industry trends and client experiences to support in the design and build of new go to market service offerings Support service line development and case study support through the gathering of industry best practices People Management: (NICE TO HAVE) Actively support recruitment for campus candidates through pre-placement discussions Help to on-board and mentor junior associates; actively support their ongoing development; be known as a leader among peers Industry Awareness (NICE TO HAVE) Latest trends in industry, recent n upcoming regulations, How Technology is shaping industry, Own outlook on various topics related to domain Interested candidates please shared your CVs to hidden_email,
