Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities Build and maintain high-quality web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js). Collaborate with cross-functional teams (designers, backend developers) to implement new features and functionalities. Debug and optimize applications for performance and efficiency. Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code. Stay updated with the latest technology trends and best practices. Lead the development of complex, high-traffic web applications using the MERN stack. Design and implement scalable, reliable, and secure solutions. Mentor and guide junior developers, helping them grow their technical and professional skills. Collaborate with stakeholders to define software requirements and technical specifications. Ensure the application is optimized for maximum performance and scalability. Oversee code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices. Required Skills For Junior Role (2-4 years experience): Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), Node.js, React.js, MongoDB, and Express.js. Familiarity with HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web design. Experience in working with RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services. Knowledge of version control systems like Git. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. Deep expertise in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB. Experience in designing and architecting scalable applications. Proficient in front-end technologies like HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript frameworks like Redux. Experience with GraphQL, AWS, Docker, and CI/CD practices is a plus. Experience leading a development team, performing code reviews, and managing development cycles.
