Designation: Assistant Officer Updated: February 28, 2025 Location: West Bengal, India Organization: Textiles Job Description: Job Purpose To develop OTC Sales Business for State, by setting up new customers, achieving new promotional strategies and achieving the sales & collection targets for the given territory. The purpose is also to monitor competitor movements in the market and devise strategies accordingly. Job Context & Major Challenges To achieve sales target in competitive market scenario. To develop new customer base by identifying potential areas and developing them. To achieve collection target. To Help in new EBO opening activities. Key Result Areas KRA (Accountabilities) (Max 1325 Characters) Supporting Actions (Max 1325 Characters) KRA1 Growing Business :- Customer Development Creating Linen Fabrics awareness along with our brand promotion. KRA2 Sales Volume Achieving the sales target for MBOs Retail & wholesale segment. KRA3 Receivable KRA4 Development of New customers base Identifying new areas. Approaching potential customers. KRA5 Achieving the sales target set for OTC in the allocated area. Development and presentation of new designs/ colours as per customers demand.
