Key Accountabilities:
- Designing dynamic and innovative marketing / sales strategies for clients
- Using a combination of BTL and ATL activities to enhance the market capitalization of these organizations
- Involves leading and Managing a team of 30 candidates working in various functions of management
- Interacting with new prospective blue chip companies and closing deals.
- Create high Brand Recall among Target Groups to increase Sales
- Communicate with target customers and manage customer relationships
- Execute the Below the Line (BTL) activities to create awareness
- Training and developing new candidates
Ideal Profile/Applicant:
- Ability to influence and negotiate
- Strong business Intelligence and corporate Knowledge
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Dynamic & Hardworking
- Someone who can cope up with fast based working environment
Job Specific Knowledge & Skills:
- Any Graduate
- Any Postgraduate, Post-Graduation Not Required
- Should have 0 to 2 years of experience in Any stream
