Job Highlights Responsibilities Understanding Reporting Services, Installing / Configuring Reporting Services Understanding of Memory Architecture & Management in SQL Server Advanced knowledge on Database / Query engine Basic knowledge in Terraform Scripting. Job Description SQL Profiler - Advanced: Scheduling of SQL Profiler, detailed knowledge of all major counters, custom setting of SQL Profiler counters, and deep skill on understanding & analysis of SQL Profiler output data. Knowledge of any other 3rd party tools like Log Analyser, DB Artisan, SQL Litespeed etc Can train L1/L2 resources on Installation /Upgrade, migration, troubleshooting area, DBA area & write KBs. Advanced Log Shipping, Replication, SQL Cluster and Reporting Services Troubleshooting Advanced knowledge on SQL Profiler & other Windows performance monitoring tools Optimization of backend SQL codes like SP / Triggers / Cursors / UDF etc Handling general slow performance and Memory Management issues Understanding of OLTP environment Installation & upgradation of Reporting Services DR strategy and Backup / Recovery planning Advances SQL Server Security considerations, Security Auditing, SQL Injections Database Migration. Advanced Database Mirroring Troubleshooting Exposure to VLDB (very Large Database) environment (typically > 1 TB DB Size) Documentation of standards and procedures for providing effective support in client environment. Azure Cloud experience is a must Basic Experience in Azure native tool monitoring, Azure monitor, Log analytics workspace, integration with ITSM tool. Experience in create Azure SQL server and creating database and moving the database to SQL Elastic pool. Very strong problem solving skills with proven ability to analyze and determine the root cause and resolution for complex problems. Team player with willingness to take on standby duties and work in shift. Must be willing to learn, team player, out of the box thinking mindset, positive approach and flexible A self-starter who can be trusted to work within the guidelines but does not need to follow-up on progress of tasks and activities.
