Job Title: Professor / Associate Professor / Assistant Professor Department: Business & Management Studies Position Type: Full-time Location: K.R. Mangalam University Key Responsibilities: Teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Business Analytics, including subjects such as Data Science, Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning, Predictive Analytics, and Data Visualization. Design and deliver a hands-on, industry-oriented curriculum incorporating real-world case studies and analytics tools. Guide students in research projects, internships, and capstone projects. Conduct high-quality research, publish in peer-reviewed journals, and pursue funded research projects. Develop collaborations with industry partners for live projects, guest lectures, and placements. Contribute to curriculum development, accreditation processes, and academic administration. Stay updated with emerging trends in Business Analytics and integrate them into teaching and research. Qualifications & Skills: Ph.D./Masters in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field. Strong proficiency in programming languages (Python, R, SQL) and analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, Excel). Demonstrated experience in teaching, research, or industry roles in analytics. Ability to mentor students and engage in academic leadership activities. Strong communication and collaboration skills with a focus on experiential learning.
