- Company: Qualcomm India Private Limited Job Area: Operations Group, Operations Group > Project Manager General Summary: Responsibilities: Lead and manage Cyber Security projects from initiation to closure, ensuring all objectives are met. Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget, aligning with organizational goals. Coordinate with cross-functional teams across different geographies to achieve project milestones and objectives. Monitor project progress rigorously, track milestones, manage changes proactively, and ensure timely delivery of all components. Communicate project status, risks, and issues clearly and regularly to stakeholders and senior management, ensuring transparency and alignment. Identify and mitigate project risks by developing mitigation strategies and implementing contingency plans to minimize impact. Facilitate regular project meetings, ensuring all team members are aligned and informed, and provide detailed project reports. Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring all financial aspects are within scope and managed efficiently. Skills and Knowledge: Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to clearly convey information both verbally and in writing. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and lead diverse teams. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. Proven expertise in effectively managing stakeholders at all levels, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout project lifecycles. Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and environments. Proficiency in Project Management tools such as ServiceNow, Microsoft Project, and JIRA. Good knowledge of Agile project management methodologies including Waterfall, Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe (Certification preferred). Understanding of cyber security best practices, compliance, and regulatory frameworks. " Minimum of 12 years of overall experience in IT with at least 7 years of experience in Project Management. Broad experience in leading IT Infrastructure projects with some experience in Cyber Security projects. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of project management or related work experience. OR Associate's degree and 5+ years of project management or related work experience. OR High School Diploma or equivalent and 7+ years of project management or related work experience. Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years (Masters = one year, Doctorate = two years) of work experience.
