- Job Title: Junior Project Manager Reports To: Project Manager Location: Nashik Type: FTE Job Overview: We are looking for a Junior Project Manager to manage our companys ongoing Projects and leading the projects. Junior project managers are responsible for planning, organizing, and directing operations related to ongoing projects in the company. They lead team members in the project development department and oversee company projects to make sure they are running as planned. Computer skills are extremely important, and junior project managers will need to be capable of using basic office software program and the ability to type and run various company reports. Junior project managers are responsible for training, scheduling, firing, and leading their project development team. A certain degree of flexibility is desired because junior project managers may be standing or sitting for long periods of time depending on their daily tasks. It is important to maintain a positive demeanour, as the ability to cooperate with colleagues and work in a team environment is necessary in this junior leadership position Ultimately, you will ensure we process all Project deliveries accurately and on time. Responsibilities and Duties: Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects. Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget. Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders, and ensuring technicalfeasibility. Ensure resource availability and allocation. Develop a detailed project plan to track progress. Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs. Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques. Report and escalate to management as needed. Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders. Perform risk management to minimize project risks. Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation. Required Candidate profile: Successfully completed Bachelors Degree (Any stream) / MBA with good grades. Experience in the field of healthcare industry (up to 1 year) but not mandatory. No year drop throughout Educational career. Software skills-MS Office-advanced level (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint). Knowledge of MS Project will be an advantage . Excellent English verbal and written communication skills. Excellent social skills, team player, ability to work in stressful situations etc. Ability to lead teams, assertive, excellent communicative skills with professional appearance. Availability to travel as needed. Candidates with valid driving license-LMV will be preferred. Good technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies. Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills. Excellent organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.,
