Job Description

Department : Engineering & Application Support Designation : Lead Engineer Application Support Qualification: B.E / B.Tech (Electronics) Location : Faridabad / Bangalore Experience : 4 yrs+ Roles & Responsibilities Application Engineering on MCU & Motors Selection, test, validation and optimization Work on assessment of specification and with multiple Motor and MCU combinations to suit customer requirements Calibration and support for Motor/MCU at sub system level Interaction with multi geographical inter and intra national teams including partners, customers, and suppliers for product issue resolutions Resolving and troubleshooting issues at customer end, to ensure customer delight Closely interact with BD team & customers to meet vehicle level performance requirements. Support order acquisition and providing project management leadership for timely completion of customer programs Create Application Database leveraging India and Global Use Cases Work with external labs and certification bodies Support operations, quality and after sales service teams on problem resolution Person and Experience Profile Qualified Engineer (Electronics/Power Electronics) preferably from Tier 1 or Tier 2 institutes. Should have excellent knowledge of electric motors & drives Experience in the Automotive/Auto Component/Motor & AC Drive industries. Working Exposure with international partners and supplier handling Hands on experience in profiling motor and control unit as per the vehicle specification. EV experience and/or expertise in Motor Control Strategies including Encoders, Resolvers etc. would be a huge advantage Hands on experience in working in LABCARs, Test RIGS, Test bench, Proto Vehicle application testing and support. Knowledge of CAN network protocol, Controller unit software configuration tools Comfortable working in a startup environment and flexible to adjust plans as per business needs High drive and enthusiasm to make a difference Exposure to multicultural environment Good people manager Other Skills & Abilities: Excellent technical aptitude and skills Problem solving and interpersonal skills Good project management skills Ability to manage multiple priorities at the same time Excellent computer skills,
