Role : Senior Business Analyst/Senior Product Analyst (Telecom BSS Mandatory ) Experience : 8-10 Years Location : Bangalore 1. 8-10 years of working experience as a Business Analyst in Enterprise Business Applications for Custom or Packaged CRM solutions (i.e., ServiceNow, Salesforce) 2. Experienced in Analysis, Design, Testing, Product Development & Innovation 3. Solid and in-depth knowledge of CRM processes gained within complex projects. 4. Should possess the ability to gather the requirements. Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their processes, pain points, and requirements. Conduct workshops, and process mapping sessions to capture detailed business requirements. 5. Hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform, including ITSM, ITOM, and other relevant modules. 6. Knowledge of ServiceNow configuration, customization, and integration capabilities 7. Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. 8. Good at storytelling & capability to handle NAM customers. 9. Basic Office Suite experience (Word, Excel) & experience in creating product requirement documentation. 10. Excellent written and oral communication skills with ability to clearly communicate ideas and results on all organizational levels. 11. Should possess the ability to translate the Business Requirement to Technical requirement. 12. CRM certifications on packaged solutions/ Salesforce certifications (e.g., Certified Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder)/ ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified ServiceNow System Administrator, Certified ServiceNow Implementation Specialist) will be considered a plus.,
