Job Description

Desired Candidate Profile
- 3 years diploma, degree or an 18 month craft course in food production from a recognized university
-Minimum 6-10 years of experience with cruise lines/ 4 or 5 star hotels/ first class fine dining continental or European cuisine restaurants in the continental hot/cold kitchen or patisserie department at a similar supervisory level
- Fluent in written and spoken English
