Position: QA Automation Lead Location: Bangalore Experience: 8 years (5 years into Automation Only) Industry: IT Salary: negotiable Mandatory Skills And Experience Java, Selenium, Manual Testing, Automation Testing, Agile Development Model, Basic of AI 3 Years Minimum - E-commerce/Retail 2 Years Minimum - Lead (Team and Customer-facing) Responsibilities Essentials: Programming: Experience in programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript. Test Automation: Experience with test automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium, JUnit, or similar. AI and Machine Learning: Experience in using AI and machine learning algorithms, frameworks, and tools such as TensorFlow, PyTorch. CI/CD: Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) tools and practices. APIs: Experience testing RESTful and GraphQL APIs. AI in QA: Experience in applying AI for test case optimization, defect prediction, and automated test maintenance.
