Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated Ad Operations Specialist to join our team. The Ad Ops (Advertising Operations) team provides essential post-sales support to the market and is divided into two sections: Pre Launch and Post Launch. This role involves working closely with Sales and the Client Services Manager (CSM) to ensure timely availability of all assets. The ideal candidate will possess strong verbal and written communication skills, in-depth knowledge of online ad operations, and experience with various ad platforms. Responsibilities Collaborate with the Campaign Activation Specialist (CAS) team to support Sales and CSM in ensuring timely asset availability. Manage and oversee ad operations on Connected TV (CTV) and Publisher AdOps platforms. Handle queue management and maintain high-quality standards in ad operations. Utilize expertise in Google Ad Manager (GAM) for effective campaign management. Provide subject matter expertise and quality management in all aspects of ad operations. Work directly on the native platform for publishers, ensuring seamless ad operations. Participate in a 24x7 rotational shift schedule, including weekends and holidays. Qualifications Proven experience in online ad operations with a focus on CTV AdOps and Publisher AdOps platforms. Strong proficiency in Google Ad Manager (GAM) * Demonstrated ability in queue management and maintaining high-quality standards. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Experience working directly with publishers on native platforms.
