    Business Development Manager B2B Overseas Industry Location: Hyderabad Experience Required: 2 - 3 years Freshers can also Apply Job Description: We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic B2B Head to lead our business development efforts within the overseas industry. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of B2B sales and business development experience, with a strong focus on international markets. As the B2B Head, you will play a critical role in expanding our global footprint, managing key overseas accounts, and driving growth in international markets. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a robust B2B strategy to target and expand into international markets, ensuring alignment with the companys overall goals. Global Business Development: Identify and secure new business opportunities across overseas markets, focusing on strategic partnerships and long-term growth. Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with international clients and stakeholders to ensure long-term business success. Sales Leadership: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals focused on global markets, setting performance benchmarks and ensuring targets are achieved. Market Expansion: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new international market trends, opportunities, and challenges. Negotiation & Deal Closing: Lead complex negotiations with overseas partners and clients, securing contracts and ensuring favorable terms. Regulatory & Compliance Knowledge: Stay informed about the regulatory environment in key overseas markets and ensure that all business activities comply with international laws and standards. Reporting & Insights: Track and analyze sales performance across international markets, providing regular updates and insights to senior management. Qualifications: Experience: 2 - 3 years of B2B sales and business development experience, with a strong focus on overseas or international markets. Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of international business practices and regulations in the overseas industry. Leadership: Proven experience in leading and managing sales teams, particularly with a focus on international expansion. Skills: Strong negotiation, cross-cultural communication, and presentation skills. Networking: Ability to build and maintain a strong network of international contacts and partnerships. Education: A degree in Business, International Relations, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Location: Candidate must be based in Hyderabad or willing to relocate.
