Achieve the targets set for the year Grow the reputation and popularity of the brand, Platinum Hotels Grow the client base and ensure high rates of client retention and satisfaction Ensure employee satisfaction and growth in skills Research and stay updated on latest trends in the Industry Ensure the brand is ranked within the TOP 5 Brands In-depth knowledge and understanding of Hotel's products and services. Effective co-ordination with all departments Effective and on-time fulfilment of tasks Market Research of the Hotel Industry (Online & field Survey). Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competitor Analysis; Rate tracking with competitors in daily basis for rooms.
