JOB DESCRIPTION
Job title : Operating Director
Field of work : To Follow and supervision of a group of restaurants in Abha and in a number of regions of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
The applicant must have for the position of Operating Director the following :-
1- He must have a bachelors degree or what Equal to it in a specialization: Food Science
2-Experience not less than five years in supervising restaurants, with notable authorities and a high reputation in the field of restaurant management and services.
3- The ability to implement all quality standards and requirements for all the outputs of the restaurants kitchens
4- The ability to follow quality developments in the field of restaurants activities and outputs, and develop them continuously
5- The ability to take advantage of the competitive opportunities of the institution in this field, and improve the level of product reputation through product quality
6- The ability to set the necessary standards and instructions on food quality, packaging methods, presentation methods and contents of each product
7- The ability to apply food security and health safety rules in every restaurant
8- The ability to supervise and monitor the progress of work and workers in restaurants
9- The ability to continuously train employees and evaluate their performance to ensure total harmony between their roles in restaurants
10- The ability to form teams, solve problems and research customer satisfaction
11- Carry out proficiency in any tasks assigned to the candidate and verify the institution's interest in this regard
