Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Deputy General Manager of Sales at KYK South India, based in Kozhikode. The Deputy General Manager of Sales will be responsible for overseeing sales operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing teams, and driving business development efforts. Key Responsibilities Ensure customer satisfaction and deliver exceptional customer service. Manage and lead the sales team, ensuring performance and target achievement. Possess outstanding closing skills to drive revenue growth. Develop and implement sales strategies and oversee general management functions. Train and mentor, the sales team to enhance productivity and efficiency. Exhibit strong leadership and strategic planning abilities. Identify and explore new business opportunities. Willingness to travel as required. Qualifications MBA in Sales & Marketing or an equivalent degree. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Applicants must have native-level proficiency in English & Hindi. Professional working proficiency in Malayalam, Tamil & Kannada Minimum 5 years of experience in the sales industry handling HNI customers and premium products. Minimum 10-15 years of experience in sales with managerial responsibilities. Updated knowledge of IT and AI tools. Expertise in Microsoft 365. Proficiency in Google Apps.
