Job Description Job Title: Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager- HR Job Location: Gurgaon Job Role: To be a human resource business partner by driving people initiatives at Corporate (along with support across the region )and manage entire employee life cycle from hire to retire with an ultimate objective of business support and employee delight. Key Responsibilities Develop complete understanding of the organizational business model Translate the strategic and tactical business plans into HR strategic and operational plans Evaluate and advise on the impact of long-range planning of new programs, strategies and regulatory action as those items affect the attraction, motivation, development and retention of the people resources of the organization Develop recruitment strategies and implementation plans and programs to identify and recruit right talent within and outside the organization for positions of responsibility. Identifies appropriate and effective external sources for candidates for all levels within the organization Ensure recruitment of qualitative resources as per manpower plan, budget, TAT. This will constitute to 60% of the Job role. On-boarding of new hires, appointment letter generation, smooth assimilation within the firm. Drive talent development, talent engagement & performance management initiatives Proactively visit centres to establish visibility, understand & resolve grievances, manage employee relations, drive retention & conduct 1:1 sessions with employees to drive engagement & retention Conduct exit interviews, analyze attrition data and ensure smooth exit of outgoing employees including timely processing and disbursement of their F & F settlement. Maintain Employee Master Data, Attrition data and produce dashboards & tracker as per Management needs Ensure on time employee/ Intern / MT code generation for new joiner and timely deactivation of credentials for all exit cases from the system Lead and ensure satisfactory closure for NABH / Internal / Statutory Audit Work Relations (Jobs / Positions and Cooperation Activities) Within The Company- HODs / Regional Head / SLT All clinical & non clinical staff Outside Of The Company Prospective caniddates Institutes / training centres Recruitment partners Previous Employees Dimensions Manpower Capacity & Quality of hire Employee productivity Business revenue patient satisfaction Desired Experience & Expertise Must to have areas Post Graduate in Human Resources / MSW / Psychology Should posess an excellent academic and professional background Prepared to work 6 days per week along with flexibilty to extend and contribute as per business needs Advanced level proficiency in MS Excel and presentation skills Need to have areas High on ethics, integrity, discipline & self motivation Ability to understand, comply with and deliver in a dynamic / ambigous environment Be level headed to adopt a professional and matured approach to deal with any type of situation Be able to understand business metrics and contribute towards achieving organizational goals Be target oriented and flexible to adapt to a dynamic and fast paced business environment Be an abled team player, establish camaraderie amongst colleagues, guide & suggest fellow colleagues as & when required,
