- Jo Description Index Engines, the worlds leading analytics engine to detect corruption due to ransomware, is looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to join the team. This role is responsible for the User Interface and User Experience (UI/UX) functions for the CyberSense platform. As a Product Owner for the UI/UX scrum teams, the candidate will work closely with the Scrum Master and other scrum team members to ensure all stakeholders are aligned on priorities, dependencies, deliverables, and schedules. The Senior Product Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Engineering, Support, and Technical Pre-Sales, to create and maintain an effective product backlog. Strong requirements-gathering and prioritization skills are essential for this role. Additionally, the Senior Product Manager will engage with customers and OEM partners, supported by Sales, Engineering, Marketing, and Support, to collect, refine, and prioritize feature development. Job Responsibilities Serve as Product Owner for UI/UX scrum teams, managing backlog and driving execution. Define and manage Epics and User Stories, collaborating with engineering on design and execution. Utilize a data-driven approach to prioritize features based on customer feedback, market trends, and technical feasibility. Work with customers, OEMs, and technology partners to capture and validate feature requests. Ensure a seamless and intuitive UI/UX experience that aligns with industry best practices and enhances user engagement. Collaborate with Support and Compliance teams on product updates, service bulletins, and formal customer communications. Provide strategic and technical input to sales and marketing, ensuring clear messaging around CyberSense UI/UX enhancements. Stay ahead of evolving UI/UX trends, cybersecurity threats, and data protection frameworks to refine product positioning. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (MBA preferred). 3+ years of experience in product management within cybersecurity, cyber resiliency, data protection, or enterprise storage. 2+ years of hands-on experience with UI/UX design and development. Basic understanding of Figma, JIRA, Aha!, or equivalent tools. Strong grasp of Agile Scrum methodologies and experience leading scrum teams. Proven track record of launching and managing enterprise-grade software with a strong UI/UX focus. Exceptional collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to structure complex problems into actionable insights. Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience in defining and building UI/UX for B2B software platforms. Familiarity with user behavior analytics and data-driven UI/UX optimization strategies. Understanding of Zero Trust security principles and secure interface design. Prior experience in analytics, forensic data protection, or cyber resiliency.
