Embedded Technology is a vertical in DT practice which caters to all embedded needs for various customers across the globe. As a Team Leader in Embedded Technology your responsibilities will be as follows. 1. People Management: Functional reporting of the team. You will be directly responsible for team efficiency. Communication with stakeholders to represent the team and adhere to commitments. Instrumental in nurturing the culture of Technology and Innovation in the team. Providing performance improvement programs in team. 2. Performance and Quality: Monitoring performance and quality metrices of the team. Active participation in Quality improvement programs. 3. Organization: Continuously improve processes and methodologies to reduce turnaround time for design and deployment. Help organization to create cohesive and collaborative workforce. 4. Documentation and Communication: Actively participate in communication and brainstorming sessions. Collaborate with team to achieve product success. To succeed, you will need Projects management and coordinate working with team members, business line managers and customers following Agile practices. Take ownership for designing, developing, optimizing, running, and maintaining the Embedded Systems projects and solutions Specify, design, and implement core functional architecture and solutions. Closely interact with the stakeholders of the project. Very good at logical lateral thinking, generating ideas and helping troubled projects or teams from technical standpoint Able to support team and ensure First Time Right delivery, being a key team player as well as owner You have overall 10+ years of working experience in embedded domain with exposure to leading the team with LabVIEW competency. You are passionate about Sensors, Embedded Systems and Industry 4.0 - machine learning, Artificial Intelligence, Cloud based solutions, IoT, telemetric analysis etc. Have an eye for details and ensure good documentation is prepared as part of delivery process following SDLC / STLC Analytical, problem-solving, curious, eager to learn You can operate with a high degree of autonomy You take ownership and technical lead as a key Team player You are result driven and committed with a great sense of detail You try new ideas, methods, and technologies because you are convinced there is always a better way You are a real team player and like to learn from experts, peers, and colleagues Technical Qualifications Minimum of 10 years of experience in Embedded Systems. At least 1 year of exposure to various functions of Team management. Must have exposure to Git & SVN Must have experience in high speed data acquisition systems. Exposure to exporting data from LabVIEW to integrate with other systems. Knowledge of database design & SQL is preferred. Exposure to test systems integrating various communication on industrial protocols , is desired. Development & Management experience on LabVIEW is a must. Expertise in Embedded systems, protocols ( EtherCAT, Modbus TCP & RTU, Ethernet/IP, Profinet, etc) Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git, Bitbucket).
