Job Description

    The MIS Analyst Facilities Management will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and reporting data related to facility operations, maintenance, and vendor performance. The role involves developing dashboards, generating reports, and ensuring data accuracy to support strategic decision-making within the Facilities Management department. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and data analytics to track key performance indicators (KPIs) for Facilities Management. Analyze trends in facility operations, asset management, maintenance costs, energy consumption, and vendor performance to provide insights for process improvement. Work with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and other facility-related software to extract and interpret data. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on facility performance, compliance, and budget utilization. Support space planning, asset tracking, and inventory management by providing data-driven recommendations. Coordinate with facility managers, vendors, and procurement teams to ensure accurate data collection and reporting. Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization within the Facilities Management function. Ensure data integrity and compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards. Assist in budgeting and forecasting facility expenses based on historical data and predictive analysis. Key Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business Analytics, Facilities Management, Operations, or a related field. 3-7 years of experience in MIS reporting, data analysis, or facilities management analytics. Proficiency in MS Excel (Advanced), Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or other data visualization tools. Experience working with CMMS, ERP, or Facility Management Software is a plus. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Knowledge of facility operations, maintenance processes, and vendor management is preferred. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
