About the Role We are seeking an experienced and skilled Test Lead/Manager to lead our QA team, specializing in the banking domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting best practices, creating testing strategies, and driving automation initiatives to ensure the quality and stability of our banking applications. This role requires a proactive individual with a deep understanding of both manual and automated testing, along with the ability to mentor and guide a team of testers in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Software testing with a focus on automation in the banking/financial services domain(MUST) Experience in developing automation frameworks and scripting Team Leadership & Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of testers, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement. Test Strategy & Planning: Define and implement test strategies, test plans, and test cases based on business requirements and technical specifications. Automation Framework: Develop and maintain robust automation frameworks to streamline test processes, improve efficiency, and ensure test coverage. Banking Domain Expertise: Provide guidance and insights specific to the banking domain, covering aspects like compliance, security, and industry best practices Defect Tracking: Oversee defect reporting and tracking, ensuring effective communication and resolution. Tool Evaluation & Management: Evaluate and implement testing tools suitable for automation and performance, ensuring the latest technology is in place. Requirement Experience: 10+ Years Notice Period: Immediate to 60 days preferred. Job location: Nagpur, Maharashtra (Work from Office) Preferred Skills Certifications in testing (e.g., ISTQB). Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD pipelines. Experience with performance testing. Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.,
