Assistant Manager - Human Resources Job in @ Uplers

Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Assist in recruitment efforts for new staff, including Bakery, Base Kitchen, and Operations Staff. Manage job postings, review resumes, and conduct interviews with the hiring team. Onboard new employees and introduce them to the company's policies, culture, and expectations. Foster a positive work environment and resolve any conflicts that arise among staff members. Act as a point of contact for staff concerns or grievances and collaborate with senior management to address them. Provide guidance on company policies and employee rights. Offer input on staffing needs, budgeting for HR activities, and implementing employee recognition programs. Ensure that the Production Unit complies with labor laws, health and safety regulations, and other applicable legal requirements. Maintain accurate HR records, including attendance, disciplinary actions, and any incidents.,
