Carpenter We are in search of a proficient Carpenter to become a part of our team. The ideal candidate will be tasked with interpreting architectural and engineering plans, accurately measuring and cutting materials, and assembling and fitting frameworks for buildings. The Carpenter will also be involved in finishing tasks, refurbishing wood structures, and upholding building maintenance. Effective communication and coordination skills are crucial to ensure the completion of carpentry work according to plan and within specified timelines. Responsibilities Analyze architectural and engineering plans to comprehend project requirements Interpret designs for precise measurement and cutting of materials Utilize a variety of tools to cut and shape materials as per specifications Build and install frameworks for buildings, encompassing floors, walls, and roofs Mount windows, doors, cabinets, countertops, and other fixtures Construct staircases, railings, and furniture pieces Perform finishing tasks such as sanding, painting, staining, and varnishing wood or materials Rectify damaged or worn-out wood structures and fixtures Sustain buildings through regular maintenance activities Adhere to all safety procedures to minimize accidents Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure successful project completion RequirementsRequirements: Prior experience in carpentry or related field Proficiency in using a variety of tools, including hammers, saws, drills, screwdrivers, and power tools Strong communication and coordination skills Knowledge of safety procedures and personal protective equipment (PPE) usage Benefits 3 years contract, will be renewed for more years.
