The Area Franchise Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing franchise operations in the designated area, ensuring compliance with brand standards, driving revenue growth, and fostering strong relationships with franchise partners. Qualifications Franchise Management and Operations experience Strong Leadership and Communication skills Business Development and Sales expertise Market Analysis and Strategy development Knowledge of the Retail industry Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field Ability to travel within the designated area Experience in the manufacturing or retail sector is a plus,
